Hopnest Account and Data Deletion Request

Hopnest does not require customers to create an app account for browsing destinations, stays, or experiences. If you previously created an account in an older app version, or submitted a travel enquiry, you can request deletion of your account information and personal data from this page.

What to include

• Your name.
• The phone number or email address used in the Hopnest app or enquiry form.
• A short message saying you want your Hopnest account and personal data deleted.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or anonymize customer account details, travel lead records, WhatsApp/contact information, trip preferences, and stay or experience enquiry details associated with your request, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Timeline

We usually process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. If extra verification is needed, we will contact you using the email address or WhatsApp number provided in your request.
