Questions stay owners ask

What does Hopnest Direct include?

You get a guest booking page, availability and inventory tools, booking requests, payment workflows, calendars, communication, reporting, Quick Book pages and Share Kit links. Some Creator and Discovery features have approval or eligibility requirements.

Can guests pay my property directly?

Yes. You can use supported manual UPI workflows or, when eligible, connect your own Razorpay account. Payment collection begins after you approve a request, and inventory is secured only after the required deposit is verified.

Can I share the booking page on social media?

Yes. Quick Book pages and Share Kit links give you channel-ready booking paths for Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Business, advertisements, QR codes and your website.

How do Creator and Discovery tools work?

You can create trackable links for external Creators. Approved Creators can organise eligible properties into collections and use Creator reporting. Connection to Hopnest Discovery depends on destination and listing eligibility.

Is Hopnest Direct a full hotel PMS?

Hopnest Direct focuses on direct bookings, availability, inventory, payments, calendars, booking operations, analytics and communication. It is not a full housekeeping, POS or channel-manager suite.

Hopnest Direct provides the booking technology. Your property controls rates, policies, cancellations, refunds and guest fulfilment.
